Resumo: The aim of this work was to  evaluate the action of isolated native ectomycorrhizal fungi native of São Francisco of Assis, in the production of Eucalyptus grandis Hill ex Maidem seedlings, in sandy soil, in the presence of two levels of phosphorus.  The experiment was installed in greenhouse in a bifactorial design (4 x 2 x 3), three ectomycorrhizal fungi species (without fungi, FSE– S, F1-RS and Pt Silv. 1) and two levels of phosphorus (present naturally in the soil (8 mg.kg-1) and addition of 30 mg.kg-1 of phosphorus), with three replications. It was determined the fresh matter of the shoot and root system, above ground dry matter, plant height, length and root specific surface area, mycorrhizal colonization, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium level. The addition of native ectomycorrhizal fungi showed better results in eucalypt seedlings production than with other treatments in sandy soil.

O experimento foi instalado em casa de vegetação num bifatorial (4 x 2 x 3), três tratamentos de fungos ectomicorrízicos ( FSE- S, F1-RS e Pt Silv.1) e uma testemunha, dois níveis de fósforo (natural ou existente no solo (8 mg.kg-1) e adição de 30 mg.kg-1 de fósforo), em três repetições. Avaliaram-se a massa verde da parte aérea e radicial, massa seca da parte aérea, altura de planta, diâmetro do colo, comprimento e área superficial específica radicial, colonização micorrízica e teores de nitrogênio, fósforo e potássio.
