L-1 ammonium acetate extraction solution, pH 6.5-7.0, shaking for 7 hours, and signal measurement by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (GFAAS, 2650 °C atomization temperature; detection limit of 2.0 ng Mo.mL-1). |
