Resumo: | This paper reports an investigation that aimed to know discourses produced by managers of regular schools, in an attempt to problematize their effects on the production of included students. As analysis material, interviews with three managers of two schools in São Pedro do Sul/RS were performed, and the concept of discourse was used as a tool for analysis. Our attention was focused on the term management and its implications for both the perspective of inclusive education and the discursive production about the abnormal student. From the analysis, it is possible to say that the discourses of the managers of the schools under consideration have produced the students of school inclusion as abnormal students.Key-words: school management, discourse, school inclusion. |

Neste texto, apresenta-se o relato de investigação pela qual se buscou conhecer discursos produzidos por gestores de escolas regulares, procurando problematizar seus efeitos na produção do aluno incluído. Como material analítico utilizaram-se entrevistas realizadas com três gestoras de duas escolas de São Pedro do Sul/RS, e, como ferramenta de análise, o conceito de discurso. Centrou-se a atenção no termo gestão e em suas implicações em uma perspectiva de educação inclusiva e na produção discursiva sobre o aluno anormal.
