RESUMOOs indivíduos que compõe a sociedade capitalista passaram da posição de cidadãos para a de consumidores. Nesse cenário, ocorre um processo de homogeneização social motivado pela concretização dos desejos de diferenciação através do consumo. Frente a esse contexto, o artigo busca verificar se a política das diferenças representa uma alternativa viável de solução para esse processo, que ocorre como impacto social emergente da sociedade global, bem como analisar o sistema capitalista, em seus níveis econômico, social e cultural. Ademais, procura-se examinar o paradigma distributivo de justiça. Para atingir tais objetivos, utiliza-se o método de abordagem dedutivo, o método de procedimento monográfico e as técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental.Palavras-chave: 1. Capitalismo; 2. Justiça Distributiva.ABSTRACTThe individuals who make up capitalist society have moved from the position of citizens to that of consumers. In this scenario, there is a process of social homogenization motivated by the realization of the differentiation desires through consumption. Given this context, the article intends to verify if the politics of difference represents a viable solution to this process, which occurs as an emerging social impact of the global society, as well as to analyse the capitalist system in its economic, social and cultural levels. In addition, it´s intended to examine the distributive paradigm of justice. In order to achieve these goals, the deductive approach method, the monographic procedure method, and bibliographic and documentary research techniques are used.Keywords: 1. Capitalism; 2.
