Specialized Educational Service: articulation between SES teacher, the common room and the PAEE student`s family in two Public Schools of the Municipality of Parintins (AM)

Resumo: Inclusive education is a social and educational movement recognized worldwide, based on respect for differences and appreciation of human diversity. The article aims to know how the Specialized Educational Assistance works, carried out in the SRM to assist the target audience of special education students in the municipality of Parintins (AM). Based on these assumptions, the participation of teachers was analyzed, considering two categories: articulation between AEE teacher and common room and articulation between teachers (AEE and common room) with the PAEE student's family. Descriptive research, with a qualitative approach and has a semi-structured interview for the participating teachers. In this path, the results indicate that although the teachers recognize the importance and need for the partnership, the articulation happens, but in an unsatisfactory way, but they try to readjust with the schedules, there is the political pedagogical project of the school, but it needs to be done a collective planning that fits the reality of the school context. It was also found that sometimes there is a lack of interactivity between teachers and the PAEE student's family, which somehow does not elucidate the student's learning. Therefore, the way in which the AEE is organized in the SRM, presents a work that still needs to be shaped to reach a good development. We understand that this guarantee of the effectiveness of this articulation does not only pervade the role of the teacher and the family, but rather needs support and a more effective and insightful performance of all the actors responsible for inclusion, especially the managers, establishing a collaborative work and articulated between teachers and the school community and ensuring that inclusion is really consolidated in the education system.

El artículo tiene como objetivo conocer cómo funciona la Asistencia Educativa Especializada, realizada en el SRM para asistir al público objetivo de estudiantes de educación especial en el municipio de Parintins (AM). A partir de estos supuestos, se analizó la participación de los docentes, considerando dos categorías: articulación entre docente de la AEE y sala común y articulación entre docentes (AEE y sala común) con la familia del alumno del PAEE. Investigación descriptiva, con enfoque cualitativo y cuenta con entrevista semiestructurada a los docentes participantes. En ese camino, los resultados indican que si bien los docentes reconocen la importancia y necesidad de la alianza, la articulación ocurre, pero de manera insatisfactoria, pero intentan reajustarse con los horarios, está el proyecto político pedagógico de la escuela, pero se necesita hacer una planificación colectiva que se ajuste a la realidad del contexto escolar. También se encontró que en ocasiones falta interactividad entre los docentes y la familia del alumno del PAEE, lo que de alguna manera no aclara el aprendizaje del alumno. Por lo tanto, la forma en que se organiza la AEE en la SRM, presenta un trabajo que aún necesita ser conformado para alcanzar un buen desarrollo. Entendemos que esta garantía de la eficacia de esta articulación no solo impregna el rol del docente y la familia, sino que necesita del apoyo y una actuación más eficaz y perspicaz de todos los actores responsables de la inclusión, en especial de los gestores, estableciendo un marco colaborativo trabajo y articulación entre docentes y comunidad escolar y lograr que la inclusión se consolide realmente en el sistema educativo.A educação Inclusiva é um movimento social e educacional reconhecido mundialmente, fundamenta suas bases no respeito às diferenças e na valorização da diversidade humana. O artigo objetiva conhecer como ocorre o funcionamento do Atendimento Educacional Especializado, realizado nas SRM para o atendimento dos alunos público-alvo da educação especial no município de Parintins (AM). Partindo dessas premissas, foi analisado a participação de professores, considerando duas categorias: articulação entre professor do AEE e sala comum e articulação entre professores (AEE e sala comum) com a família do aluno PAEE. Pesquisa de cunho descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa e conta com entrevista semiestruturada para os professores participantes. Nessa senda, os resultados apontam que apesar dos professores reconhecerem a importância e necessidade da parceria, a articulação acontece, mas de maneira pouco satisfatória, porém eles tentam se reajustar com os horários, há o projeto político pedagógico da escola, mas precisa ser feito um planejamento coletivo que se adeque a realidade do contexto escolar. Foi constatado também que às vezes há falta de interatividade entre professores com a família do aluno PAEE, que de alguma forma não elucida o aprendizado do aluno. Portanto, a forma como está organizado o AEE nas SRM, apresenta um trabalho que precisa ainda ser moldado para se chegar num bom desenvolvimento.
