Resumo: | This study was developed with the purpose of investigating the relationship between the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (CCO) and Work Engagement from the perspective of Class Electricians and Tutors who work in an electric power utility located in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. In order to achieve this objective, a descriptive research was carried out, of a quantitative and qualitative nature (mixed method), having as strategy the Case Study. In the quantitative stage, the Electricians and Class Officers answered a questionnaire elaborated from the following models: Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (ECCO) by Bastos, Siqueira and Gomes (2014); Utrech Engagement Scale (UWES) by Vazquez et al. (2015). Already in the second moment of the research, in the qualitative step, the Electricians and Charge of the Class, participated in individual interviews. The interviews took place from open questions that were elaborated based on the models used in the quantitative stage. The collected data had their analysis also divided into two stages: quantitative and qualitative. In the quantitative analysis the data were described by means of descriptive statistics, factorial analysis, with Cronbach's alpha indicator with the aid of SPSS software. In the qualitative step, the content analysis was performed. The main results found in this study show that there is a relationship between CCO and Work Engagement from the Dimensions of Organizational Image and Dedication. The analysis also enabled us to verify that, in the organization being researched, there are behaviors linked to the CCO, being actions to disseminate and defend the image of the organization, actions that contain proposals to innovate the sector and activity, as well as aid actions, support to colleagues when personal or professional problems arise. In addition, it has been observed that the level of Engagement in the Work of the Electricians and Classmates are within the average, this indicates that they tend to deal adequately with the demand and resources available in their work environment. |

Com o intuito de se alcançar tal objetivo foi realizado uma pesquisa descritiva, de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa (método misto), tendo como estratégia o Estudo de Caso. Na etapa quantitativa, os Eletricistas e Encarregados de Turma responderam a um questionário elaborado a partir dos seguintes modelos: Escala de Comportamento de Cidadania Organizacional (ECCO) de Bastos, Siqueira e Gomes (2014); Escala de Engajamento no Trabalho de Utrech (UWES) de Vazquez et al. (2015). Já no segundo momento da pesquisa, na etapa qualitativa, os Eletricista e Encarregados de Turma, participaram de entrevistas individuais. As entrevistas ocorreram a partir de perguntas abertas que foram elaboradas com base nos modelos utilizados na etapa quantitativa. Os dados coletados tiveram sua análise dividida também em duas etapas: quantitativa e qualitativa. Na análise quantitativa os dados foram descritos por meio de estatística descritiva, análise fatorial, com indicador alfa de Cronbach com o auxílio do software SPSS. Na etapa qualitativa realizou-se a análise de conteúdo. Os principais resultados encontrados neste estudo expõem que existe relação entre o CCO e o Engajamento no Trabalho a partir das Dimensões Divulgação da Imagem Organizacional e Dedicação. As análises também possibilitaram verificar que, na organização pesquisada, existem comportamentos vinculados ao CCO, sendo eles ações de divulgação e defesa da imagem da organização, ações que contêm propostas para inovar o setor e a atividade, como também, ações de ajuda, apoio a colegas quando surgem problemas pessoais ou profissionais. Além disso, observou-se que o nível de Engajamento no Trabalho dos Eletricistas e Encarregados de Turma estão dentro da média, isto indica que os mesmo tendem a lidar de maneira adequada com a demanda e recursos disponíveis em seu ambiente de trabalho.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em AdministraçãoUFSMBrasilAdministraçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessComportamento de cidadania organizacionalEngajamento no trabalhoOrganizaçõesTrabalhadorUWESECCOBehavior of organizational citizenshipEngagement at workOrganizationsWorkerCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAOComportamento de cidadania organizacional e engajamento no trabalho: um estudo em uma concessionária de energia elétricaBehavior of organizational citizenship and engagement at work: a study in a concessionary of electrical energyinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisEstivalete, Vania de Fátima Barroshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6802457117269462Mozzato, Anelise Rebelatohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0535042483913737Campos, Simone Alves Pacheco dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2403565845137368http://lattes.cnpq.br/9221072501722518Oliveira, Bruna Brandt de600200000006600c5042a03-c4db-4666-bffa-7d36f62434afcc027d49-5c95-4c0f-833b-530184ae1192def93b86-1bed-4bcd-8c72-d06499960a6f730490ef-7214-47b2-bf70-24654d2547dereponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMCC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
