Resumo: The proposal and the desire to carry out this research has its inauguration in the following question: How is psychoanalytic praxis in the street? In this sense, thinking about the street context while framing the clinic's happening. Inspired by Clinics in public spaces in São Paulo, such as “Psychoanalysis at Praça Roosevelt”, “Public Psychoanalysis Clinic at Vila Itororó” and “Psychoanalysis at Praça” in Porto Alegre, as well as other movements that are reverberating from these and happening in several regions of Brazil, there is concern and the call to go to the people and the city in a different position than we usually go to - this time thinking about the proposal of a clinic in the public space, in an attempt to appropriate this space to talk about a place that I was realizing could also be of psychoanalysis – this emphasis in the sense of inclusion – still often assumed to be a theory and an individualistic and even elitist practice. But what makes a clinic possible in the public space, or even what makes a clinic to be operated only privately and not for free in the public space? We know modalities of extended clinic that even come together with important achievements of the psychiatric reform. In public policies, there are Street Clinics and ways to expand the clinic such as Therapeutic Care, for example. Even realizing that there is a certain embarrassment in what, after all, is being done if it is not being done, beforehand I state that the clinic on the street we have been building does not have the same place as the other practices mentioned above. Psychoanalysis clinics in public spaces, therefore, are not the only ways of thinking about clinical framing modalities or of being in them doing clinic. It is not the purpose here to discuss these practices that I consider essential, but rather to situate ourselves in what makes our clinic something different from some of the patterns we know. One possibility in the Graduate Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Santa Maria is to present our dissertation in the format of two articles, for later publication. So, my choice was to follow this path, presenting two theoretical constructions about my theme. I bring my experience in two parts of the discussion, the first with the article entitled “Considerations on the experience in a Psychoanalysis clinic on the street”; followed by the second: “A psychoanalysis clinic in the street: ethical-political reflections”. Based on this, my intentions in this work were to build reflections and bring theory to meet the practice of the Psychoanalysis on the Street clinic from the experience of the clinic that has been developed in the city of Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. policies of this clinical practice. Thus, also in an attempt to contribute to theoretical-practical constructions of Psychoanalysis Clinics in public spaces. Regarding this writing, I think it is important for the environment of a practice that is still new and has little material from these experiences. Here, experience takes on the meaning of a keyword, as from it I intend to bring the singularity of practice, to meet theory and think about what decants from psychoanalysis in the street as a clinical possibility.

Thus, also in an attempt to contribute to theoretical-practical constructions of Psychoanalysis Clinics in public spaces. Here, experience takes on the meaning of a keyword, as from it I intend to bring the singularity of practice, to meet theory and think about what decants from psychoanalysis in the street as a clinical possibility.La propuesta y el deseo de realizar esta investigación tiene su inauguración en la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo es la praxis psicoanalítica en la calle? En este sentido, pensar en el contexto de la calle y enmarcar el acontecer de la clínica. Inspirándose en Clínicas en espacios públicos de São Paulo, como “Psicoanálisis en Praça Roosevelt”, “Clínica Pública de Psicoanálisis en Vila Itororó” y “Psicoanálisis en Praça” en Porto Alegre, así como otros movimientos que reverberan de estos y están sucediendo en Varias regiones de Brasil, hay preocupación y el llamado a ir a la gente y la ciudad en una posición diferente a la que solemos ir, esta vez pensando en la propuesta de una clínica en el espacio público, en un intento de apropiarse de este espacio. Hablar de un lugar del que me estaba dando cuenta también podría ser del psicoanálisis - este énfasis en el sentido de inclusión - todavía se asume a menudo como una teoría y una práctica individualista e incluso elitista. Pero, ¿qué hace posible una clínica en el espacio público, o incluso qué hace que una clínica sea operada solo de manera privada y no gratis en el espacio público? Conocemos modalidades de clínica extendida que incluso confluyen con importantes logros de la reforma psiquiátrica. Las políticas públicas incluyen Clínicas en la Calle y formas de expandir la clínica como la Atención Terapéutica, por ejemplo. Aún dándome cuenta de que hay una cierta vergüenza en lo que, al fin y al cabo, se está haciendo si no se está haciendo, de antemano afirmo que la clínica en la calle que venimos construyendo no tiene el mismo lugar que las otras prácticas mencionadas anteriormente. Las clínicas de psicoanálisis en los espacios públicos, por tanto, no son las únicas formas de pensar las modalidades del encuadre clínico o de estar en ellas haciendo clínica. No es aquí el propósito discutir estas prácticas que considero imprescindibles, sino situarnos en lo que hace que nuestra clínica sea algo diferente a algunos de los patrones que conocemos. Una posibilidad en el Programa de Posgrado en Psicología de la Universidad Federal de Santa María es presentar nuestra disertación en formato de dos artículos, para su posterior publicación. Entonces, mi elección fue seguir este camino, presentando dos construcciones teóricas sobre mi tema. Aporto mi experiencia en dos partes de la discusión, la primera con el artículo titulado “Consideraciones sobre la experiencia en una clínica de Psicoanálisis en la calle”; seguido del segundo: “Una clínica de psicoanálisis en la calle: reflexiones ético-políticas”. En base a esto, mis intenciones en este trabajo fueron construir reflexiones y acercar la teoría a la práctica del Psicoanálisis en la Clínica de Calle a partir de la experiencia de la clínica que se ha desarrollado en la ciudad de Santa María, Rio Grande do Sul. Políticas de esta práctica clínica. Así, también en un intento de contribuir a las construcciones teórico-prácticas de Clínicas de Psicoanálisis en espacios públicos. Con respecto a este escrito, creo que es importante para el entorno de una práctica que aún es nueva y tiene poco material de estas experiencias. La experiencia aquí adquiere el sentido de una palabra clave, ya que a partir de ella pretendo traer la singularidad de la práctica, encontrar la teoría y pensar qué decanta del psicoanálisis en la calle como posibilidad clínica.A proposta e o desejo de fazer esta pesquisa tem sua inauguração no seguinte questionamento: Como se dá a práxis psicanalítica na rua? Neste sentido, pensando o contexto da rua enquanto enquadre para o acontecer da clínica. Por inspiração nas Clínicas em espaços públicos de São Paulo, como a “Psicanálise na Praça Roosevelt”, “Clínica Pública de Psicanálise da Vila Itororó” e a “Psicanálise na Praça” de Porto Alegre, assim como em demais movimentos que estão reverberando destes e acontecendo em várias regiões do Brasil, surge a inquietação e a convocação para ir até as pessoas e a cidade em outra posição da que costumamos ir – dessa vez pensando na proposta de uma clínica no espaço público, na tentativa de apropriação desse espaço para falar de um lugar que fui percebendo que pode ser também de psicanálise – este grifo no sentido de inclusão - ainda com frequência presumida por ser uma teoria e uma prática individualista e até mesmo elitizada. Mas o que faz uma clínica ser possível no espaço público, ou, ainda, o que faz de uma clínica ser operada apenas de forma particular e não de forma gratuita no espaço público? Conhecemos modalidades de clínica ampliada que, inclusive, vem junto com importantes conquistas da reforma psiquiátrica. Existem nas políticas públicas os Consultórios na Rua e formas de ampliar a clínica como o Atendimento Terapêutico, por exemplo. Mesmo percebendo existir certo embaraço no que, afinal, está se fazendo se não se está fazendo isso, de antemão situo que a clínica na rua que viemos construindo não se dispõe no mesmo lugar que as demais práticas supracitadas. As clínicas de psicanálise em espaços públicos, portanto, não são as únicas formas tanto de pensar modalidades de enquadre clínico ou de estar nestes fazendo clínica. Não é um propósito, aqui, discorrer sobre essas práticas que julgo imprescindíveis, mas situarmo-nos no que faz da nossa clínica algo dissemelhante de alguns moldes que conhecemos. Uma possibilidade no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria é apresentarmos nossa dissertação no formato de dois artigos, para posterior publicação. Assim, minha escolha foi seguir por este caminho, apresentando duas construções teóricas acerca da minha temática. Trago minha experiência em duas partes de discussão, sendo a primeira com o artigo intitulado “Considerações sobre a experiência em uma clínica de Psicanálise na rua”; seguido pelo segundo: “Uma clínica de psicanálise na rua: reflexões ético-políticas”. Partindo disto, minhas intenções nesse trabalho foram construir reflexões e trazer a teoria ao encontro da prática da clínica Psicanálise na Rua a partir da experiência da clínica que vem sendo desenvolvida na cidade de Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. Bem como pensar aspectos éticos e políticos desta prática clínica. Assim, também numa tentativa de contribuir para construções teórico-práticas de Clínicas de psicanálise em espaços públicos. No que toca esta escrita, penso que ela é importante para o entorno de uma prática que ainda é nova e possui pouco material advindo dessas experiências. A experiência, aqui, toma o sentido de uma palavra-chave, pois a partir dela pretendo trazer a singularidade da prática, ir ao encontro da teoria e pensar o que decanta da psicanálise na rua como uma possibilidade clínica.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em PsicologiaUFSMBrasilPsicologiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessClínica psicanalíticaÉticaPolíticaPsicanáliseRuaPsychoanalytic clinicEthicPolicyPsychoanalysisStreetClínica psicoanalíticaPrincipio moralPsicoanálisisCalleCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIAPsicanálise na rua: clínica e políticaStreet psychoanalysis: clinic and politicsPsicoanálisis de la calle: clínica y políticainfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisAlberti, Taís Fimhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/7994109513454054Biazus, Camilla Baldicerahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3882808604452167Marino, Adriana SimõesGuazina, Félix Miguel Nascimentohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3308446100349616Bragança, Ana Carolina Bicca700700000001600fc69304b-196a-4495-b120-644e6b484c3db3ca0007-b3f3-4bc6-9467-dda4292e2c1da315d70d-0438-4e51-81a3-58a6203e3dc4b5041634-80ee-47a0-ba99-65dc703c59e750da098d-d3d8-4f11-8f19-2376b052e977reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGPSICOLOGIA_2021_BRAGANÇA_ANA.pdfDIS_PPGPSICOLOGIA_2021_BRAGANÇA_ANA.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf1189767http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/23638/1/DIS_PPGPSICOLOGIA_2021_BRAGAN%c3%87A_ANA.pdf99eb5b0ffa139252ab25dee22f844390MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
