Resumo: | The purpose of the studystudy was to investigate military training exercises inserted in the routine of recruits produced changes in baropodometric parameters and plantar sensitivity. The study measured baropodometrics of anteroposterior and lateral-lateral body distribution, mean and maximum pressure, contact area and foot typology, as well as plantar sensitivity. One sample was 60 recruits from the 6th Mechanized Cavalry Squadron of Santa Maria / RS. Assessments take place at three different times during the period of compulsory military service. The first occurred before starting military activities, including the Nordic questionnaire to assess skeletal muscle dysfunctions of the lower limb regions and the Ipaq for the level of physical activity, in addition to BMI, after baropodometric and plantar sensitivity assessments. Data were analyzed in three analyzes using the Friedman test and used the post hoc multiple comparison test. The significance level was p=0.05. The main results showed difference in contact area and mean pressure in both dominant and non-dominant feet over time. In plantar sensitivity there was a difference in the middle foot region. The foot typology showed that individuals predominantly have the normal-type foot on the right side and the left side. Note the variation in plantar load distribution and plantar sensitivity approximately mid-term, suggesting changes with physical activity and adaptations to this routine. As for the settings in plantar sensitivity should remain within normal range. The distribution of plantar pressures shows body anteriorization and foot type predominantly with one normal foot and another cavus. In conclusion, sensitive individuals who have a low percentage of lower limb, foot and ankle injuries have alterations in the characteristics of the feet and during military service. |

In conclusion, sensitive individuals who have a low percentage of lower limb, foot and ankle injuries have alterations in the characteristics of the feet and during military service.O objetivo desse estudo foi investigar se os exercícios do treinamento militar inserido na rotina dos recrutas produzem alterações nos parâmetros baropodométricos e na sensibilidade plantar.
