Para onde vai a voz que ainda ecoa em nós? A dialética alienação/transformação no trabalho dos professores

This study intends to analyze the characteristics that are present at teachers‘ work who, from category social movements, and/or from the union, begins to work into education area (at federal government), as outsourced workers, in the context of transformations done according to State neoliberal politics. It seeks analyzing, thus, if the work carried out, in this condition by these professionals, represents a possibility of transformation, or if can be considered as an alienated work due to the current social, politic and economic model. It deals, so, with the alienation/transformation dialectic inside a certain totality (a teacher/consultant work, into State from Brazil). The research problem consists on analyzes and discussion upon the work carried out by the research individuals, taking as framework these individuals‘ work conditions and the identification of categories of transformation or alienation at the work, considering, as Marx, that the unfamiliar work makes the man unfamiliar to himself and to others, he becomes unfamiliar to human genre. It aims to comprehend how was the integration of these teachers into the function at the service to the State, what the work conditions are, the contradictions, the action and/or administrative autonomy possibilities that are possible in face of a process of making work flexible and precarious and under institutional control. It considers transformation/alienation dialetics, in work and in State role as a capital agent, an ―alienated‖ and ―alienating‖. It seeks to investigate until what proportion the reality pointed out by La Boetie, of for man all things seems to be natural, the ones in which is grew up and used to, but it just making he be naive, can be transformed. These teachers are in the contradiction core, because, spite of having a basis formation in social movements, in party political, in churches, and in other formative spaces, so, supposedly politicized, they are acting in their work, contracted, to serve the State. It concludes that, in this same work which causes alienation, there is a possibility of transformation in a broad sense, and self-realization by consulters/teachers.
