Avaliação da consideração de impacto acidental de veículos em pilares de concreto armado conforme ABNT NBR 6120:2019

Resumo: | The new ABNT NBR 6120:2019 brought many updates regarding the loads to be adopted in building structure projects. One of the points of significant alteration was the inclusion of the need to consider the accidental impact of vehicles on parking lots, garage floors or structures near to roads with vehicle traffic, beyond the division of loads to be considered according to the classes of vehicles circulating in the local. Due to the recent update of the standard, the TQS software has implemented the functionality of load due to the impact of vehicles in its latest version, V23. The present work aims to analyze the difference in efforts and dimensioning of a column subject to the accidental impact of vehicles compared to a conventional column using the TQS, in addition to verifying the way that the program considers this load. The object of study consists of a simple building composed of nine columns, spans between axes of 5 meters, beams locking all the pillars in both directions, at the top and at the base and the height between floors is 3.5 meters. Two identical models were designed, with the horizontal force corresponding to the impact of a Category I vehicle being applied to the central pillar of one of them. From the results obtained, comparisons were made between the efforts and reinforcement rates, in addition to, from the effort diagrams, seeking to find the form of the increase of the load in the structure considered by the program. As expected, reinforcement rates have increased considerably. As for the consideration of the effort by the TQS, for the tested model, it was proved that a model of double-supported bars is used. |

Um dos pontos de alteração significativa foi a inclusão da necessidade de consideração do impacto acidental de veículos em estacionamentos, pavimentos de garagem ou estruturas próximas a vias com tráfego de veículos, além da divisão das cargas a serem consideradas conforme as classes de veículos que circulam no local. Devido a recente atualização da norma, o software TQS implantou a funcionalidade de carregamento devido ao impacto de veículos em sua versão mais recente, a V23. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a diferença nos esforços e dimensionamento de um pilar sujeito ao impacto acidental de veículos frente a um pilar convencional utilizando o TQS, além de verificar a forma que o programa considera esse carregamento. O objeto de estudo consiste em uma simples edificação composta por nove pilares, vãos entre eixos de 5 metros, vigas travando todos os pilares nos dois sentidos no topo e na base e a altura entre pisos é de 3,5 metros. Foram idealizados dois modelos idênticos, sendo aplicado no pilar central de um deles a força horizontal correspondente ao impacto de um veículo de Categoria I. A partir dos resultados obtidos foram realizadas comparações entre os esforços e taxas de armadura, além de, a partir dos diagramas de esforços buscar encontrar a forma do acréscimo do carregamento na estrutura considerado pelo programa. Conforme esperado, as taxas de armadura aumentaram de forma considerável.
