Resumo: | What we propose with this dissertation is to study and research Human Rights in Professional and Technological Education (EPT) from the formative context of the citizen person and with full ethical and political insertion in the society of his time. This research proposal has the Federal Institute of Paraná – IFPR - campus Curitiba as the center and focus of its studies, thus seeking, in its history, the inclusion of the human person in the trajectory of the Institute referred to here. Also, we ask if this form of education can impact and change the lives of those involved? Based on this question, this work will seek to understand, through quantitative data, the historical evolution of human rights education and how this citizenship training would be and what would be the perception of teachers involved in the pedagogical work within the institute. Such information will be obtained through questionnaires applied to the teachers, thus including their training and understanding of the research topic proposed here. How do these professors articulate their pedagogical visions and how is this citizen vision present in the pedagogical project of the IFPR- campus Curitiba? The methodology used will be the analysis of data from the questionnaires carried out with the institution's professors. We also resorted to the IFPR documents and the curricular proposals of the PPCs of the Curitiba campus courses present therein and which were used throughout this research. With regard to the results, we observed that the IFPR does not present the theme of Education in Human Rights in the PPCs of the courses, but it is verified that it is highlighted by some professors in the classroom in the disciplines they teach. |

Essa proposta de pesquisa tem como centro e foco de seus estudos o Instituto Federal do Paraná – IFPR - campus Curitiba buscando, assim, em seu histórico, a inclusão da pessoa humana na trajetória do Instituto aqui referido. Também, indagamos se essa forma de educação pode impactar e mudar a vida dos envolvidos e envolvidas? A partir dessa pergunta, este trabalho buscará entender, através de dados quantitativos, a evolução histórica da educação em direitos humanos e como seria essa formação cidadã e qual seria a percepção dos professores e professoras envolvidos no trabalho pedagógico dentro do instituto. Tais informações serão obtidas através de questionários aplicados aos docentes, incluindo-se, assim, as suas formações e compreensões do tema de pesquisa aqui proposta. Como esses e essas docentes articulam suas visões pedagógicas e como essa visão cidadã está presente no projeto pedagógico do IFPR- campus Curitiba? A metodologia utilizada será a análise de dados dos questionários realizados com os e as docentes da instituição. Recorremos também aos documentos do IFPR e às propostas curriculares dos PPCs dos cursos do campus Curitiba nele presentes e que foram utilizadas ao longo dessa pesquisa.
