Resumo: The absence of breastfeeding can lead to increased morbidity and mortality in childhood, when breast milk substitutes do not provide the necessary nutrients and hygienic-sanitary safety of food and water. Thus, tools are needed to provide translated knowledge to the family about adequate and healthy nutrition for non-breastfed infants, with a view to influencing attitudes and eating practices to minimize food and nutritional insecurity in childhood. Objectives: Develop the content and interface of an informative website to support the family in promoting Food and Nutritional Security for children under six months of age who are not breastfed. Method: Participant-type methodological study, guided by the conceptual model of Translation of Knowledge in Action, which involved researchers, design, computing and linguistic technicians, specialists in the subject and representatives of the target population, with different degrees of engagement according to the stage of the search. The development of the technology, an informative website, took place in two stages: the elaboration of the content based on scientific evidence and the construction of the system. The content was organized in a question and answer format, using a decision tree, and submitted for validation by a group of experts selected using the snowball technique. The second stage was carried out in partnership with the Tutorial Education Program Team of the Computer Science Course at this University, for the development of the website, based on the definition of the visual identity and operability. Results: The website can be accessed through the link: https://shre.ink/cp50. The content was structured in questions and answers with guidelines, tips and alerts for important care for SAN in children younger than six months who are not breastfed. The decision tree consisted of an introductory question; three milk type options: milk formula with 6 questions, whole cow's milk with 9 questions and powdered cow's milk with 9 questions; and three options for utensils: bottle, cup and measuring spoon, each with 7 questions. There are 46 illustrations to clarify the content, facilitate understanding and engage the target population. 28 Brazilian experts participated. The content, language, illustrations, layout, motivation, culture and applicability were validated, with a global CVI of 0.90. The experts' suggestions were met, in accordance with the technology's objectives. Conclusion: The informative website “Milky Way: the path to food and nutritional security for children under 6 months who are not breastfed” is a care-educational technology with written and image content based on scientific evidence, translated for the target population of family members, organized in a decision tree and valid. It is believed that its use can contribute to providing adequate guidance for families of children younger than six months who are not breastfed.

Participaram 28 especialistas brasileiros.
