Resumo: Impact noise is one of the main discomfort factors among users of multi-floor buildings and is directly related to the construction system and materials used in building construction. A problem that can be solved still in the design phase, when designating the type of construction system and the materials used. Therefore, it is necessary to know the acoustic characteristics of the construction typologies, analyzing their performance in relation to the minimum requirements listed by the norm 15575-3: 2013. In this way, this research seeks to deepen the knowledge about the acoustic performance of the pre-fabricated ribbed slab composed of prestressed joist and ceramic block with ceramic coating, as well as, to test the use of the floating floor technique, using several resilient materials found in the market. Thus, the objectives are: to determine the acoustic properties of impact noise isolation in the -fabricated ribbed slab composed of prestressed joist and ceramic block in various conditions; to evaluate the performance of the technique in floating floor over the slab, with the use of different resilient materials; compare the results of the performances obtained for the various compositions; and ponder the results achieved with the performance standard. The tests carried out in the UFSM laboratory, in accordance with parameters of ISO 140-7 updated to ISO 16283-2: 2018, and ISO 717-2: 2013, to determine the weighted standard impact sound pressure level (L'nT,w) of each composition tested, and verify that the results obtained meet the minimum values required by the standard. It can be concluded that the constructive typology of pre-fabricated ribbed slab composed of prestressed joist and ceramic block, with 4 cm subfloor and ceramic coating, requires acoustic treatment in order to fit Brazilian standards. The use of the technique on floating floor is a good solution, since the great majority of compositions with resilient materials, are at the intermediate level between 56 and 65 dB, with a sample reaching the minimum level with L'nT,w of 66 dB, and two samples at the upper level ≤ 55 dB. Therefore, all the floating floor systems tested can be used among the construction system, meeting the requirements of the Brazilian standard for flooring system separating autonomous housing units. As for the floor systems criterion separating areas of collective use on autonomous units, only two floating floor systems reached the minimum level required by the standard between 51 dB and 55 dB: the system if glass wool 15 mm with L'nT,w of 55 dB and the system if PET wool 10 mm with L'nT,w of 55 dB. The information obtained from this research, both for the construction system and for the floating floor solution with resilient materials, can be adopted as support for recommendations and interventions in civil construction, improving the life quality of building users.

Um problema que pode ser solucionado ainda em fase de projeto, ao designar o tipo de sistema construtivo e os materiais utilizados. Para tanto, é necessário conhecer as características acústicas das tipologias construtivas, analisando seu desempenho em relação aos requisitos mínimos listados pela norma 15575-3:2013. Desse modo, a realização dessa pesquisa busca aprofundar o conhecimento sobre o desempenho acústico do sistema construtivo de laje pré-fabricada nervurada composta de vigotas protendidas e lajotas cerâmicas com revestimento cerâmico, bem como, testar a utilização da técnica de piso flutuante, utilizando diversos materiais resilientes encontrados no mercado. Assim, têm-se como objetivos: determinar as propriedades acústicas de isolamento ao ruído de impacto no sistema de laje pré-fabricada nervurada composta de vigotas protendidas e lajotas cerâmicas em diversas condições; avaliar o desempenho da técnica em piso flutuante sobre a laje, com uso de diferentes materiais resilientes; comparar os resultados dos obtidos para as diversas composições com os critérios da norma de desempenho 15575-3:2013. Os ensaios foram realizados no laboratório da UFSM, em conformidade com parâmetros da ISO 140-7 atualizada para ISO 16283-2:2018, e ISO 717-2:2013, para determinar o nível de pressão sonora de impacto padrão ponderado (L'nT,w) de cada composição ensaiada, e verificar se os resultados obtidos atendem os valores mínimos exigidos pela norma de desempenho 15575-3:2013. Pode-se concluir que a tipologia construtiva de laje pré-fabricada nervurada composta de vigota protendida e lajota cerâmica, com contrapiso de 4 cm e revestimento cerâmico, necessita de tratamento acústico para se enquadrar na normativa brasileira. A utilização da técnica em piso flutuante se apresenta como uma boa solução, visto que, a grande maioria das composições com materiais resilientes, encontram-se no nível intermediário entre 56 e 65 dB, tendo-se uma amostra alcançando o nível mínimo com L'nT,w de 66 dB, e duas amostras no nível superior ≤ 55 dB. Portanto, todos os sistemas de piso flutuante ensaiados são passiveis de utilização junto ao sistema construtivo, enquadrando-se dentro da exigência da norma brasileira para sistema de piso separando unidades habitacionais autônomas. Quanto ao critério de sistema de pisos separando áreas de uso coletivo sobre unidades autônomas somente dois sistemas de piso flutuante alcançaram o nível mínimo exigido pela norma entre 51 dB e 55 dB: o sistema com lã de vidro 15 mm com L'nT,w de 55 dB e o sistema com lã de PET 10 mm com L'nT,w de 55 dB. As informações obtidas com a realização dessa pesquisa, tanto para o sistema construtivo quanto para a solução em piso flutuante com materiais resilientes, poderão ser adotadas como respaldo para recomendações e intervenções na construção civil, melhorando a qualidade de vida dos usuários dos edifícios.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de TecnologiaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia CivilUFSMBrasilEngenharia CivilAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessConforto acústicoIsolamento acústicoRuído de impactoAcoustic comfortAcoustic isolationImpact noiseCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA CIVILIsolamento a ruído de impacto de laje pré-fabricada nervurada composta de vigotas protendidas e lajotas cerâmicas com revestimento cerâmicoImpact noise isolation of pre-fabricated ribbed slab composed of prestressed joist and ceramic block with ceramic coatinginfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisSantos, Joaquim Cesar Pizzutti doshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6591314076760539Santos, Jorge Luiz Pizzutti doshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9959263691618620Oliveira, Maria Fernanda dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1555729873996754Melo, Viviane Suzey Gomes dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5640661336499240http://lattes.cnpq.br/8600875965712233Haas, Alessandra3001000000036005fc91b32-dd4f-4466-bd1f-1b444ca5c3aea889a5f4-f1e7-401c-ab0d-f6318247115148c7961a-9601-4267-9f95-1675e5b4fdabd03eef82-401a-4a04-93a1-8e0c1e3570c1e12be161-6051-4a7c-86e7-d862c07035fcreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGEC_2019_HAAS_ALESSANDRA.pdfDIS_PPGEC_2019_HAAS_ALESSANDRA.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf2890066http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/17386/1/DIS_PPGEC_2019_HAAS_ALESSANDRA.pdfd6afc486aac5394110e01d9613a1e25dMD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
