Resumo: | This paper was developed with the objective of analyzing the influence of gender on the relationship between the Work Family Enrichment and the Behaviors of Organizational Citizenship. To do so, it conducted a descriptive research with a quantitative approach and opted to conduct a survey (Survey) on a sample of 255 military personnel, performed in Ala 4, guaranteed by the Brazilian Air Force located in the city of Santa Maria in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. One stage of data collection consisted of applying an online survey questionnaire divided into three parts: Sociodemographic and Professional Data; Work Family Enrichment Scale, validated by Gabardo-Martins, Ferreira and Valentini, (2016) and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Scale, by Bastos, Siqueira and Gomes (2014). Quantitative data were used with the help of statistical software and analyzed using descriptive statistics, scale standardization and applied equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results relevant to the sociodemographic profile of the sample show the predominance of male military personnel (84.31%), aged between 26 and 35 years (37.25%), married (67.45%), with higher education complete (29.41%) and no children (47.45%). The professional profile shows that most military personnel belong to aviation standards (26.28%), have 5-10 times lower income (40.39%), are a group of graduates - petty officer and sergeant - (45, 89 %), working time up to 5 years (51.76%) and workload of 31 to 40 hours per week (45.49%). In identifying aspects of Work Family Enrichment (WFE), it was found that 215 male military personnel, 109 (50.7%) had a moderate level of work family enrichment, while for family work enrichment 172 (80%) described high level. As for female participants, 20 (50%) had a high level of work family enrichment and 30 (75%) had a high level of enrichment in family work. Regarding the dimensions that involve the performances of organizational citizenship, both genders consider a high rate of creative suggestions (CS), such as taller women (82.5%) of dissemination of the organizational image (DOI) compared to men (68.8%) and 204 (94.9%) men and 38 (95%) women with high level of participation in colleagues (PC). In order to verify the weighting influence of gender in the relations between the dimensions, a structural model was adopted via partial selected equations. The results demonstrated that of the six suggested hypotheses, three were rejected. The hypothesis that gender weighs the relationship between WFE and DOI was accepted, but when analyzing this effect for the relationship between FWE and DOI with hypothesis was rejected. Note that gender has no weighting effect on the relationship between WFE and PC and also on the relationship between FWE and PC for a military sample. Finally, it was revealed that the relationships between WFE and CS and FWE and CS were weighting by gender. |

Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva de abordagem quantitativa e optou-se pela realização de um levantamento (Survey) em uma amostra de 255 militares, que atuam na Ala 4, guarnição da Força Aérea Brasileira localizada na cidade de Santa Maria no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A etapa de coleta de dados consistiu na aplicação de um questionário de pesquisa on-line dividido em três partes: Dados Sociodemográficos e Profissionais; Escala de Enriquecimento Trabalho- Família (EETF), validada por Gabardo- Martins, Ferreira e Valentini, (2016) e Escala de Comportamentos de Cidadania Organizacional (ECCO), de Bastos, Siqueira e Gomes (2014). Os dados quantitativos foram tratados com auxílio de softwares estatísticos e analisados por meio de estatísticas descritivas, padronização de escalas e modelagem de equações estruturais (PLS–SEM). Os resultados pertinentes ao perfil sociodemográfico da amostra evidenciaram a predominância de militares do gênero masculino (84,31%), com idade entre 26 a 35 anos (37,25%), casados (67,45%), com ensino superior completo (29,41%) e sem filhos (47,45%). Já o perfil profissional expôs que os militares em sua maioria pertencem a esquadrões de aviação (26,28%), possuem renda de 5 a 10 salários mínimos (40,39%), são do grupo de graduados – suboficial e sargento – (45,89%), com tempo de atuação até 5 anos (51,76%) e carga horária de 31 a 40 horas semanais (45,49%). Na idendificação da incidência dos aspectos do enriquecimento trabalhofamília verificou-se que dos 215 militares do sexo masculino, 109 (50,7%) apresentaram nível moderado de enriquecimento trabalho-família enquanto que para o enriquecimento famíliatrabalho 172 (80%) apresentaram nível alto. Quanto aos participantes do sexo feminino, 20 (50%) apresentaram nível alto de enriquecimento trabalho-família e 30 (75%) apresentaram nível alto de enriquecimento família-trabalho. Em relação às dimensões que envolvem os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional, os dois gêneros apresentaram alto índice para sugestões criativas, as mulheres apresentaram índice mais alto (82,5%) de divulgação da imagem organizacional em comparação aos homens (68,8%) e, 204 (94,9%) homens e 38 (95%) mulheres apresentaram nível alto da dimensão cooperação com os colegas. Para verificar a influência ponderadora do gênero nas relações entre as dimensões foi proposto um modelo estrutural via equações estruturais parciais. Os resultados demonstraram que das seis hipóteses sugeridas, três foram rejeitadas. A hipótese de que o gênero pondera a relação entre ETF e DIO foi aceita, porém quando analisou-se esse efeito para a relação entre EFT e DIO a hipótese foi rejeitada. Observou-se que o gênero não possui efeito ponderador na relação entre o ETF e CC e também na relação entre EFT e CC para a amostra de militares. Por último, revelou-se que as relações entre ETF e SC e EFT e SC foram ponderadas pelo gênero.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em AdministraçãoUFSMBrasilAdministraçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEnriquecimento trabalho-famíliaComportamentos de cidadania organizacionalGêneroMilitaresForça Aérea BrasileiraWork-family enrichmentBehaviors of organizational citizenshipGenderMilitaryBrazilian Air ForceCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAOA influência do gênero na relação entre enriquecimento trabalho-família e comportamento de cidadania organizacional: um estudo com militares da força aérea brasileiraA gender influence on the relationship between family work and behavior of organizational citizenship: a study with brazilian air force militariesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisLopes, Luis Felipe Diashttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1074372911061770Almeida, Damiana Machado dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5642167686175158Moura, Gilnei Luiz dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6056533356349635http://lattes.cnpq.br/9165605356758088Rocha, Raquel Paiva Neves do Nascimento6002000000066001dc759c3-23ad-4b07-ab5e-be9634c1de068aa998b7-8273-40ec-bb1d-2d9980a3dae6a8c7648a-1793-4172-adef-ef14e0584c5b1be37e3b-510f-4ef1-a287-aa8dfb80319freponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMCC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
