Resumo: | The present dissertation aimed to understand how collective practices are configured in the Association of Recyclers of the Spring District of the Profession Project Catador. Therefore, an intersubjective and interpretative study was developed, through a qualitative and descriptive research, based on a unique intrinsic case study. The research object was the AREPRICA, which belongs to the Profession Project Catador. Data collection took place through ethnographic techniques, such as semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations and secondary data. In relation to the analysis of the data, the interpretative textual analysis was used in conjunction with the analysis of templates. The main evidence lies in the relevance of a PDS, which, when developed directly based on the needs of the community, results in positive aspects to the society as a whole, as it happened in the initiative created by UNICRUZ (developer). Still in this environment, the agents of development are pointed out, that through a long-term work, they are succeeding in reinserting the recyclers in the community, providing them with the necessary assistance, acting as mediators between developers and developed. And what is the responsibility of the developed, social and economic progress has been observed, in which they are revealed as environmental agents, and have a different life perspective. Regarding the conduction pillar of the EBC, this occurs through collective work, which dissolves in self-management and collective action. Regarding this, it was noticed that even though there are two types of recyclers in the EBC, both act based on collective work, mainly under the collective action bias, configuring a space that aims at the common good. Thus, this characteristic of the group demonstrated to facilitate the development of their collective practices in the moment of work. Under a closer look (zoom in), it was evidenced that the practices are being modeled at the moment of its realization through the actions and sayings, as well as of the interactional order. The artifacts are configured as means of support, innovation, as well as the condition so that some activities can be carried out. The practical concern stands out in the group, in which they consider the collective to act, while they can be creative, as long as its innovation does not impact negatively. Thus, the practice of recycling itself is institutionalized by its practitioners, but the activities that compose it are sometimes not recognized because they are performed in different ways. On the other hand, under a closer look (zoom out), it was verified that the texture of the EBC is composed of the individual to the institutional, that is, it connects to the individual learning, the interactions of the group, Project Profiler, buyers, events and news, as well as the laws that integrate such spaces. In this way, a network of practices is created that has several practitioners who both affect the EBC and are affected by it. Therefore, the EBC format, configured in the collective work, allows for the same growth, generating greater opportunities for work and income. |

Para tanto, desenvolveu-se um estudo intersubjetivo e interpretativista, por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, com base em um estudo de caso intrínseco único. O objeto de pesquisa tratou-se da AREPRICA, a qual pertence ao Projeto Profissão Catador. A coleta de dados ocorreu através de técnicas etnográficas, como entrevistas semiestruturadas, observações não participantes e dados secundários. Em relação a análise dos dados, utilizou-se a análise textual interpretativa em conjunto com a análise de templates. As principais evidências residem na relevância de um PDS, o qual, quando desenvolvido diretamente com base nas carências da comunidade, resulta em aspectos positivos à sociedade como um todo, assim como ocorreu na iniciativa criada pela UNICRUZ (desenvolvedora). Ainda neste meio, aponta-se a atuação dos agentes de desenvolvimento, que por meio de um trabalho a longo prazo, estão conseguindo reinserir os recicladores na comunidade, prestando-lhes o auxílio necessário, atuando enquanto mediadores entre desenvolvedores e desenvolvidos. E o que compete ao desenvolvidos, observou-se avanço social e econômico, em que se revelam enquanto agentes ambientais, e possuem uma perspectiva de vida diferenciada. Em relação ao pilar de condução da EBC, este se dá por meio do trabalho coletivo, que se dissolve em autogestão e ação coletiva. Sobre isso, percebeu-se que mesmo havendo dois tipos de recicladores na EBC, ambos agem com base no trabalho coletivo, principalmente sob o viés da ação coletiva, configurando um espaço que visa o bem comum. Assim, tal característica do grupo demonstrou facilitar o desenvolvimento de suas práticas coletivas no momento de trabalho. Sob um olhar mais apurado (zoom in), evidenciou-se que as práticas vão sendo modeladas no momento da sua realização por meio dos fazeres e dizeres, bem como da ordem interacional. Os artefatos se configuram enquanto meio de suporte, inovação, bem como condição para que algumas atividades possam ser realizadas. A preocupação prática se destaca no grupo, em que consideram o coletivo para agir, ao mesmo passo que podem ser criativos, desde que sua inovação não impacte negativamente. Assim, a prática em si da reciclagem é institucionalizada por seus praticantes, mas as atividades que a compõe, por vezes, não são reconhecidas devido serem realizadas de modos diferentes. Por outro lado, sob um olhar mais afastado (zoom out), verificou-se que a textura da EBC se compõe do individual ao institucional, isto é, se conecta ao aprendizado individual, as interações do grupo, do Projeto Profissão Catador, dos compradores, dos eventos e notícias, bem como das leis que integram tais espaços. Dessa forma, é criada uma rede de práticas que possui diversos praticantes que tanto afetam a EBC, quanto são afetados por ela. Portanto, o formato da EBC, configurado no trabalho coletivo, oportuniza crescimento a mesma, gerando maior oportunidade de trabalho e renda.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em AdministraçãoUFSMBrasilAdministraçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEstudos baseados em práticaEmpresa de base comunitáriaProjeto de desenvolvimento socialTrabalho coletivoReciclagemPractice-based studiesCommunity-based enterpriseSocial development projectsCollective workRecyclingCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAOConhecer, aprender, transformar: projeto de desenvolvimento social como espaço de práticas coletivasTo know, learn, transform: social development project as a space for collective practicesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisCampos, Simone Alves Pacheco dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2403565845137368Gallon, Shalimarhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0624744634005782Silva, Minelle Enéas dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3329329091837689http://lattes.cnpq.br/7471720212092138Junges, Vanessa de Campos6002000000066001632cae5-e281-435d-9057-8bc07ea73985b70f5aec-388a-4fb9-841c-e341116ca599634e056e-0a8b-4223-aec0-35e395ddce4fc981d9ec-3f04-41d8-9b9e-b0778c9d7ef6reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGADMINISTRACAO_2018_JUNGES_VANESSA.pdfDIS_PPGADMINISTRACAO_2018_JUNGES_VANESSA.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf1756694http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/17420/1/DIS_PPGADMINISTRACAO_2018_JUNGES_VANESSA.pdfaa999fec3c9f2eff9ac498f68d4dba55MD51LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
