Resumo: The intensification of the attack of stink bugs and caterpillars on soybean are phytosanitary threats that concern various sectors of the soybean production chain, because of the difficulty of control as the damage potential that these present. From the 2012/2013 crop a new species of caterpillar, Helicoverpa armigera (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), was detected in Brazil. To protect the crops of your attack the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA) authorized the emergency use of various insecticides molecules. Thus, a study was conducted to evaluate the performance of insecticides emergency basis allowed for H. armigera control in soybeans. In an experiment leaves obtained from treated plants in the field were provided to second and fourth instar larvae in the laboratory. In another spraying was performed on previously infested plants with second and third instar larvae in the field. Flubendiamide, clorantraniliprole, chlorfenapyr, indoxacarb and methoxyfenozide were insecticides with greater efficiency and control of H. armigera in laboratory experiment and biological insecticides, baculovírus (HzSNPV) and Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis var. Kurstaki HD-1), have intermediate mortality. In the experiment in flubendiamide field, spinosad, baculovírus and Bt showed satisfactory efficiency. The brown stink bug, Euschistus heros (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae), is the kind of bug more widely distributed in Brazil and which is more difficult to control. Neonicotinoid insecticides are one of the main groups of products used to control stink bugs and the study of their systemicity is of great importance for the foundation for the application of technology to optimize pest control and rationalize their use. Thus, a study was conducted to evaluate the effect of systemic insecticide thiamethoxam neonicotinoid in soybean plant on mortality of brown stink bug E. heros. Different strata of soybean plants grown in pots, were selectively sprayed and infested with E. heros adults to study the systemic effects of the product. The results indicate that there is upward translocation of thiamethoxam in soybean at R5.2, while in R6 was not observed systemic effect of this product on E. heros.

A partir da safra 2012/2013 uma nova espécie de lagarta, Helicoverpa armigera (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), foi detectada no Brasil. Visando proteger as lavouras do seu ataque o Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA) autorizou o uso emergencial de diversas moléculas de inseticidas. Assim, foi conduzido um estudo com objetivo de avaliar o desempenho de inseticidas autorizados emergencialmente para o controle de H. armigera em soja. Em um experimento folhas obtidas de plantas pulverizadas em campo foram fornecidas para lagartas de segundo e quarto instar em laboratório. Em outro foi realizada pulverização sobre plantas previamente infestadas com lagartas de segundo e terceiro instar em campo. Flubendiamida, clorantraniliprole, clorfenapir, indoxacarbe e metoxifenozida foram os inseticidas com melhor eficiência e controle de H. armigera no experimento em laboratório e os inseticidas biológicos, baculovírus (HzSNPV) e Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki HD-1), apresentam mortalidade intermediária. No experimento em campo flubendiamida, espinosade, baculovírus e Bt apresentaram eficiência satisfatória. O percevejo-marrom, Euschistus heros (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae), é a espécie de percevejo mais amplamente distribuída no Brasil e a que apresenta maior dificuldade de controle. Inseticidas neonicotinóides são um dos principais grupos de produtos utilizados para o controle de percevejos e o estudo da sua sistemicidade é de grande importância para dar bases para a tecnologia de aplicação, visando otimizar o controle da praga e racionalizar seu uso. Assim, foi realizado um estudo com objetivo de avaliar o efeito sistêmico do inseticida neonicotinóide tiametoxam em planta de soja sobre a mortalidade do percevejo-marrom E. heros. Diferentes estratos de plantas de soja, cultivadas em vaso, foram seletivamente pulverizadas e infestadas com adultos de E. heros, para estudar o efeito sistêmico do produto. Os resultados indicam que há translocação ascendente do tiametoxam em plantas de soja no estádio R5.2, enquanto que em R6 não foi observado efeito sistêmico desse produto sobre E. heros.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaUFSM Frederico WestphalenPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Agronomia - Agricultura e AmbienteUFSMBrasilAgronomiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAmeaças fitossanitáriasInseticidas químicosInseticidas biológicosTiametoxamTranslocaçãoPhytosanitary threatsChemical insecticidesBiological insecticidesThiamethoxamTranslocationCNPQ::CIENCIAS AGRARIAS::AGRONOMIABases para o manejo de pragas de difícil controle em soja: eficiência de inseticidas para Helicoverpa armigera e efeito sistêmico de neonicotinóide sobre Euschistus herosBasis for management of hard control’ pests in soybean: insecticides efficiency for Helicoverpa armigera and systemic effect of neonicotinoids on Euschistus herosinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisBasso, Claudir Joséhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6844653805754593Roggia, SamuelFortunato, Roni Paulohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6440103365075693Kuss, Cassiano Carlos5001000000096006006006006006d9e3078-88cb-470c-9146-4cffa46ef6264fdd6d1f-bb48-4d90-a9e9-87522f02d0b924c6cc2f-9c03-4a49-acde-5dd8709bf2adb1cd1522-2b80-4dc4-87d4-7f2694f097b8reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGAAA_2015_KUSS_CASSIANO.pdfDIS_PPGAAA_2015_KUSS_CASSIANO.pdfDissertaçãoapplication/pdf985807http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/21633/1/DIS_PPGAAA_2015_KUSS_CASSIANO.pdfd74d4d130f77dae679ea5a2d3d15ab43MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
