Legitimidade do espaço psicopedagógico no atendimento educacional especializado

Resumo: The present study aims to theorize, based on ethnographic research, on the institutionality of psychopedagogy in the Specialized Educational Service of the Alegrete Municipal Education Network in Rio Grande do Sul State. The objective was to contribute to the implementation of inclusive actions through the construction of guidelines for psychopedagogical practice in multifunctional resource rooms. In order to achieve this, the methodological approach of the present study consisted of data collection in a qualitative dimension while meeting the complexity of the culture of the research context. Content analysis was validated and the data examined by the need to perceive, legitimately, the necessary informational demands to categorize this academic production into systematization. The research proposal turned to the Special Education Specialists, who work in the Specialized Educational Service – SES, with specialization in psychopedagogy in order to bring the contributions of these professionals to the field of inclusive education. In short, the research concluded how psychopedagogical practice with regard to students with special educational needs can be established in an organizational context, since the psychopedagogue is inserted into Specialized Educational Service as a Special Education Specialist. The final product, which was a result of the study, was named Protocol Guidelines for Psychopedagogical Practice in SES, therefore constituting a promising field of practice in the field of research.

The final product, which was a result of the study, was named Protocol Guidelines for Psychopedagogical Practice in SES, therefore constituting a promising field of practice in the field of research.A presente dissertação vinculada ao Curso de Mestrado Profissional do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Políticas Públicas e Gestão Educacional da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, na linha de Gestão Pedagógica em Contextos Educativos, objetiva teorizar, partindo da pesquisa etnográfica, sobre a institucionalidade da Psicopedagogia no Atendimento Educacional Especializado da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Alegrete - RS, com vistas a contribuir na implementação das ações inclusivas por meio da construção de diretrizes para atuação psicopedagógica nas salas de recursos multifuncionais. Nesse sentido a proposta investigativa assume a caracterização, em seu rigor metodológico, da triangulação para a coleta de dados, numa dimensão qualitativa, buscando atender a complexidade da cultura que se constitui no contexto de pesquisa. A análise de conteúdo é validada, evoluindo por esta dinâmica, para examinar os referidos dados pela necessidade de se perceber, em legitimidade, as demandas informacionais necessárias para que se categorize esta produção acadêmica em sistematização. A proposta de pesquisa voltou-se aos Especialistas em Educação Especial que atuam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado- AEE, com especialização em Psicopedagogia, para que se trouxesse as contribuições deste profissional para o campo da educação inclusiva. Em conclusão, a investigação, em suma, mostrou como pode se estabelecer, em âmbito organizacional, a atuação psicopedagógica no que se refere aos estudantes com necessidades educacionais especiais, expressão de uso intencional, uma vez que o psicopedagogo está inserido no Atendimento Educacional Especializado instituído como Especialista em Educação Especial.
