Resumo: Este trabalho é um relato de experiência, que busca descrever e problematizar, à luz do conceito da interdisciplinaridade, a rotina de trabalho de uma equipe multiprofissional em um serviço de apoio aos estudantes na assistência estudantil da Universidade Federal de São Paulo. A descrição dessa rotina é discutida no campo de estudos sobre ensino superior, buscando situá-la dentro das recentes políticas públicas de expansão do ensino superior brasileiro. O relato aponta para as possibilidades e limites de se trabalhar em uma perspectiva interdisciplinar. Ele não busca definir ou estabelecer padrões de como as equipes multiprofissionais devem atuar, mas sim contribuir com as reflexões sobre os serviços de apoio aos estudantes e a necessidade de formação dos profissionais, sugerindo o trabalho interdisciplinar como possibilidade, a partir da discussão de casos provenientes desses serviços.

description Este trabalho é um relato de experiência, que busca descrever e problematizar, à luz do conceito da interdisciplinaridade, a rotina de trabalho de uma equipe multiprofissional em um serviço de apoio aos estudantes na assistência estudantil da Universidade Federal de São Paulo. A descrição dessa rotina é discutida no campo de estudos sobre ensino superior, buscando situá-la dentro das recentes políticas públicas de expansão do ensino superior brasileiro. O relato aponta para as possibilidades e limites de se trabalhar em uma perspectiva interdisciplinar. Ele não busca definir ou estabelecer padrões de como as equipes multiprofissionais devem atuar, mas sim contribuir com as reflexões sobre os serviços de apoio aos estudantes e a necessidade de formação dos profissionais, sugerindo o trabalho interdisciplinar como possibilidade, a partir da discussão de casos provenientes desses serviços.
