Resumo: From A Theoretical Point Of View, How Can We Deal With The Necessary Inclusion Of Migrants In Political Communities, Without This Being Detrimental To The Sovereignty Of Nation-States? To Reflect On This Issue, Seyla Benhabib, One Of The Authors Of The Theory Of Deliberative Democracy, Proposes A Model Called Democratic Iterations, Through Which We Can Glimpse Reflexive Processes Of A Democratic People Through Which Their Borders Are Always Redefined. In This Sense, The Present Work Has As Objective To Inquire About The Theoretical Bases That Inform This Model, As Well As The Limits Presented By It, Specifically With Regards To Its Explanatory Potential Of The Social Reality, As Well As With Regards To Its Utopian Potential.

Para Refletir Sobre Essa Questão, Seyla Benhabib, Autora Defensora Da Teoria Da Democracia Deliberativa, Propõe Um Modelo Chamado Iterações Democráticas, Através Do Qual Podemos Vislumbrar Processos Reflexivos De Um Povo Democrático Através Dos Quais Suas Fronteiras São Sempre Redefinidas.
