Resumo: Reflex traits have been described in patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy. We report on four patients with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy in whom the coexistence of praxis- and language-induced jerks was documented in video-polygraphic EEG recordings. [Published with video sequences].
