Resumo: The history of Latin America is marked by the clash between conservative forces, which intend to stop the time of change, and resistance from peasants, blacks, indigenous peoples and other economically minority groups who, with sweat, joy and blood, are accelerating change. This article socializes the result of a study that, based on documental, bibliographical and memory research, socializes the nuances of a Brazilian experience, the agrarian conflict in the Bico do Papagaio region between the 1970s and 1980s from the political-pastoral work by Padre Josimo, as an expression of this clash of projects.

Este artículo socializa el resultado de un estudio que, a partir de una investigación documental, bibliográfica y de memoria, socializa los matices de una experiencia brasileña, el conflicto agrario en la región de Bico do Papagaio entre las décadas de 1970 y 1980 a partir de la obra político-pastoral del Padre Josimo , como expresión de este choque de proyectos.L'histoire de l'Amérique latine est marquée par l'affrontement entre les forces conservatrices, qui entendent arrêter le temps du changement, et la résistance des paysans, des Noirs, des peuples autochtones et d'autres groupes économiquement minoritaires qui, avec de la sueur, de la joie et du sang, accélèrent le changement. Cet article socialise le résultat d'une étude qui, basée sur des recherches documentaires, bibliographiques et mémorielles, socialise les nuances d'une expérience brésilienne, le conflit agraire dans la région de Bico do Papagaio entre les années 1970 et 1980 à partir du travail politico-pastoral du Padre Josimo , comme expression de ce choc des projets.A história da América Latina é marcada pelo embate entre forças conservadoras, que pretendem parar o tempo das mudanças, e a resistência campesina, negra, indígena e de outros grupos economicamente minoritários que, com suor, alegria e sangue, vão acelerando a mudança.
