Resumo: | This paper seeks to think about the poetry of the transsexual poet Anderson “Mustache” Herzer (1962-1982), born as Sandra Mara Herzer, or simply Herzer, as a literary creation that reveals an attempt to decolonize the human body. These poems were taken from Herzer's only book, A fall to the top (from 1982, released by Editora Vozes). Our methodology for this paper was to work with a conceptual review based on a selected bibliography and to analyze the meanings of three selected poems. The results reveal that Herzer's poetry shows a clear interrogation mechanism of the socially and morally dominated and subjugated bodies in an attempt at decolonial thinking, although not clearly explicited. |

Universidade Federal do Norte do Tocantins2022-01-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufnt.edu.br/index.php/entreletras/article/view/1320810.20873/uft2179-3948.2021v12n3p319-332EntreLetras; v. 12 n. 3 (2021): A ARTE LITERÁRIA NA AMÉRICA LATINA COMO VIA DE DESCOLONIZAÇÃO; 319 - 3322179-3948reponame:EntreLetrasinstname:Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT)instacron:UFTporhttps://periodicos.ufnt.edu.br/index.php/entreletras/article/view/13208/19789Copyright (c) 2022 EntreLetrasinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessRodrigues, Walace2022-01-11T21:32:12Zoai:ojs2.ufnt.acessoacademico.com.br:article/13208Revistahttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/entreletras/indexPUBhttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/entreletras/oaientreletrasuft@gmail.com || dirpesq@ufnt.edu.br2179-39482178-9479opendoar:2022-01-11T21:32:12EntreLetras - Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT)false |
