Resumo: This research paper focuses on analyzing the conceptual (dis)continuities of oral language practices for basic education (ensino fundamental) in the Brazilian National Common Core Curriculum – BNCC (BRASIL, 2018) and the state of Paraíba’s Curricular Proposal – PCEP (PARAÍBA, 2018). It is an investigation situated in the transdisciplinary field of Applied Linguistics, theoretically anchored in the relationships between curriculum, didactic transposition and oral practice studies. The results point to theoretical continuities in the documents with a focus on oral practices, combined with multisemiosis and greater recurrence in the journalistic-mediatic field. As discontinuities, the absence of the artistic-literary field stands out in oral practices for the 8th and 9th years in the BNCC, while its presence stands out in the PCEP, which mobilizes all four fields.

Trata-se de uma pesquisa situada no campo transdisciplinar da Linguística Aplicada, ancorando-se teoricamente nas relações entre os estudos de currículo, de transposição didática e de oralidade. Os resultados apontam para continuidades teóricas entre os documentos, com o foco nas práticas orais aliadas às multissemioses e maior recorrência no campo jornalístico-midiático.
