Resumo: ABSTRACT. With the theme “Land, Labor and Education”, the Interterritorial Seminary of Rural Education in Semiarid was hold in the city of Juazeiro, Bahia, from 17 to 19 November, 2016, pointing out in its organizing process a pluralist perspective by thinking engagemently the knowledge about Rural Education, with the contribution of a plural group that had different knowledge: Academy, Rural Social Movements, Student Movement and Artists. This paper aimed to describe analytically the SIECS experience, using as methodological instruments the documental research in the electronic event page, the personal notes, the collective moments of evaluation moments and Political Letter of SIECS, showed at the end of the event. Related to ecology of knowledge (Santos, 2010), the event aimed both to home the comprehension that scientific progress in this  knowledge field depends on its dialogue with the traditional knowledge and the Arts and to qualify Rural Education as scientific field with hard knowledge area. The results pointed out the SIECS as contra-hegemonic space to strengthen the struggle by land, education, quality of life for all, constructed in a descolonial perspective where place, time and being are seen in different power relationships.

Con el tema "Tierra, Trabajo y Educación" el Seminario Inter-territorial de Educación del Campo en el Semiárido, acogido en el  IFBA-BA, los días 17 al 19 de noviembre de 2016 ya apuntaba en su proceso organizativo una perspectiva plural sobre Educación del Campo con la contribución de un colectivo portador de saberes diversos: Academia, Movimientos Sociales del Campo, Movimiento Estudiantil y Artistas. Ese trabajo objetivó describir la experiencia del SIECS, utilizando como procedimientos metodológicos la investigación documental en la página electrónica del evento, los registros personales, los momentos de evaluación colectiva y la Carta Política del SIECS presentada a finales del evento. Bajo la egida de una ecología de saberes (Santos, 2010), el evento partía tanto de la convicción que el fortalecimiento de la Educación del Campo no prescinde del de diálogo con los saberes  tradicionales y con los artes, cuanto pretendía reforzar el carácter científico de ese campo como área de conocimiento sólida. Los resultados apuntan el SIECS como espacio contra-hegemónico en el fortalecimiento de la lucha por la tierra, por la educación, por calidad de vida, construido en una perspectiva descolonial que asume el lugar, el tiempo y los sujetos en sus diversas relaciones de poder. Com o tema “Terra, Trabalho e Educação” o Seminário Interterritorial de Educação do Campo no Semiárido (SIECS), sediado no IFBA de Juazeiro-Bahia, nos dias 17 a 19 de novembro de 2016 já apontava no seu processo organizativo uma perspectiva pluralista de pensar engajadamente o conhecimento sobre Educação do Campo, com a contribuição de um coletivo plural e portador de saberes diversos: Academia, Movimentos Sociais do Campo, Movimento Estudantil e Artistas. Esse trabalho objetivou descrever analiticamente a experiência do SIECS, utilizando-se como procedimentos metodológicos a pesquisa documental na página eletrônica do evento, os registros pessoais, os momentos de avaliação coletiva e a Carta Política do SIECS apresentada no final do evento. Sob a égide de uma ecologia de saberes (Santos, 2010), o evento partia tanto da convicção de que o fortalecimento da Educação do Campo não prescinde do diálogo com os saberes tradicionais e com as artes, quanto buscava reforçar o caráter científico desse campo como área de conhecimento sólida. Os resultados apontam o SIECS como espaço contra-hegemônico no fortalecimento da luta pela terra, pela educação, por qualidade de vida para todos, construído numa perspectiva descolonial que assume o lugar, o tempo e os sujeitos nas suas diversas relações de poder.
