Resumo: | ABSTRACT. The present research aims to know the conceptions and views experienced by the teachers, in Rural Education, qualification in Natural Sciences of the state of Goiás, on Alternation. In order to achieve this goal, we have a time frame of 2014-2019 (five years of implementation), and all professors from UFG and UFCAT who worked on the course in the second half of 2019 were invited to answer an online questionnaire made available on the Google Forms Platform . The data were treated based on Content Analysis. Without a comparative or judgmental intention, the study shows weaknesses in both groups regarding the planning and development of Alternation. The lack of financial and infrastructure resources were present in both Universities, however the training, identity and belonging weaknesses of many in the face of the course they are in are clear in the study, that is, “fences” that need to be overcome to strengthen this Graduation. |

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las concepciones y visiones vividas por los docentes en Educación Rural, titulación en Ciencias Naturales del estado de Goiás, Brasil, sobre Alternancia. Para lograr este objetivo, tenemos un marco de tiempo de 2014-2019 (cinco años de implementación), y todos los profesores de UFG y UFCAT que trabajaron en el curso en el segundo semestre de 2019 fueron invitados a responder un cuestionario en línea disponible en el Plataforma de formularios de Google. Los datos fueron tratados en base al análisis de contenido. Sin una intención comparativa o de juicio, el estudio muestra debilidades en ambos grupos en cuanto a la planificación y desarrollo de la Alternancia. La falta de recursos económicos e infraestructura estuvo presente en ambas Universidades, sin embargo son claras las debilidades formativas, identidad y de pertenencia de muchas, de cara al rumbo en el que se encuentran, es decir, “vallas” que hay que trasponer al curso en el estudio Fortalecimiento de este Grado.ABSTRACT. Para alcançar esse objetivo, temos como recorte temporal 2014-2019 (cinco anos de implantação), e todos os professores formadores da UFG e da UFCAT que atuavam no curso no segundo semestre de 2019 foram convidados a responder um questionário online disponibilizado na Plataforma Google forms. Os dados foram tratados a partir da Análise de Conteúdo. Sem a intenção comparativa ou julgadora, o estudo mostra fragilidades de ambos os grupos quanto ao planejamento e desenvolvimento da Alternância. A falta de recursos financeiros e de infraestrutura foram presentes em ambas IES, contudo fica nítido no estudo as fragilidades formativas, identitárias e de pertencimento, de muitos, frente ao curso que estão, ou seja, “cercas” que precisam ser transpostas para o fortalecimento dessa Licenciatura.
