Resumo: | The article aims to explore the relationship between the pandemic, work and mental health from the family context of eight families living in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology was based on semi-structured interviews and content analysis. In all, nine people were interviewed, one father, six mothers and a couple. The results pointed to an increase in job and personal precariousness and insecurity, and to the intensification of financial losses. Telework demonstrated the contradiction between the different roles developed by those responsible, the inadequacy of the domestic space and the overload of the subjects, with women and mothers being the most affected. In addition, the concept of entertainment has changed, with work gaining new nuances and prominence in this context, becoming synonymous with socialization, distraction and normality. Those who managed to maintain work activities had to reinvent themselves and, nevertheless, maintain the quality of performance, sustain income and professional and personal well-being. Feelings of isolation, exhaustion, anxiety, stress and emotional exhaustion increased. |

Universidade Federal do Tocantins - UFT2022-12-22info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/encena/article/view/1402010.20873/2526-1487e022026Trabalho (En)Cena; Vol. 7 (2022): Revista Trabalho (En)Cena; e022026Trabalho (En)Cena; Vol. 7 (2022): Revista Trabalho (En)Cena; e022026Trabalho (En)Cena; Vol. 7 (2022): Revista Trabalho (En)Cena; e022026Trabalho (En)Cena; v. 7 (2022): Revista Trabalho (En)Cena; e0220262526-148710.20873/2526-1487e022000reponame:Trabalho (En)Cenainstname:Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT)instacron:UFTporhttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/encena/article/view/14020/21320Copyright (c) 2022 Sarah Fernanda Etges da Rosa, Teresinha Eduardes Klafkehttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEtges da Rosa, Sarah FernandaEduardes Klafke, Teresinha2023-06-21T00:38:58Zoai:ojs.revista.uft.edu.br:article/14020Revistahttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/encena/oai2526-14872526-1487opendoar:2023-06-21T00:38:58Trabalho (En)Cena - Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT)false |
