THE UAB IN THE FEDERAL TOCANTINS: an experience of collaboration, management and innovation in education mediated by cyber-cultural technologies

The paper portrays aspects of the management experience of the Open University of Brazil system in the federal government in the period from 2012 to 2016 in the implementation of the EaD courses through the Directorate of Educational Technologies of UFT. During this period, this board managed 5 undergraduate courses with enrollment of 1,273 students, distributed in 52 classes and 16 poles of face-to-face support. We deal with management, collaborative work and some innovations, resulting from the work of a group of on average 200 professionals among professors, board technicians, polo coordinators, tutors and directors of the University campuses, in addition to the support of the Board's technicians of Technology (DTI) and the Communications Department (Dicom) of the University.
