Resumo: | The essay presents the process of creating the assemblage 'João Pessoa – Heart – Recife' (2013), which is supported by the hegemonic concepts that revolve around the notions of identity, territory, mapping and frontier. Under the bias of sociopolitical and cultural aspects, the text addresses how the psychological and emotional development took place, involving the central discussion of the work, showing possibilities for the re-signification of cartographic maps, to express 'other worlds' through the geopoetic view.
