The article in question aims to reflect on the contradictions, antagonisms and problems that involve education, its modes and processes; as well as the school, the pedagogy, the State and the capitalist system. To this end, we begin by highlighting the unfortunate inefficiency of the function and role that the educational and school structure plays. Objective and controlled inefficiency by a Brazilian business community and politicians who are willing to defend the interests of international capital, national capital and secondly, their own. Which is actually the first! With that, starting from such reflections, to the ways that pedagogy, education and philosophy have been treated throughout time and history, to the ways and forms that education and school behave in today's Brazil, we end with important reflections.
