If there is not much news to say that the digital environment has produced accelerated transformations in contemporary society, it is necessary to move forward in order to understand how this change takes place, what vectors lead it and what impacts it generates in the complex web of human activities. In the field of Communication, the production of meaning structured through aseptic binary logic, which organizes the flow of information circulating in networks and telematic systems, is a challenge for researchers who, by tradition, have been trained within the critical-descriptive project of Humanities, little open to looking at numbers, software tools, spreadsheets, programming codes and, above all, the enormous amount of data available today in digital networks, factors that, whether we like it or not, strongly impact the essence of all content Generated in this environment.
