Resumo: Applied research is a method or set of procedural steps for the development of innovative products or systems. In this study we intend to present the Techniques of Analysis of Social Networks as a product that materializes in several techniques of investigation of Networks. It aims to investigate the potential of Social Network Analysis.La investigación aplicada es un método o conjunto de pasos de procedimiento para el desarrollo de productos o sistemas innovadores. En este estudio pretendemos presentar las Técnicas de Análisis de Redes Sociales como un producto que se materializa en diversas técnicas de investigación de Redes. Su objetivo es investigar el potencial de las técnicas de análisis de redes sociales como método de investigación aplicada que puede dilucidar acciones de redes individuales y colectivas. Como caso de estudio, examinaremos cómo el Ministerio de Salud de Canadá se comunicó a través de Twitter en la lucha contra la pandemia. Como resultado, hemos identificado un triángulo efectivo en la comunicación de los actores gubernamentales que han tenido un rol protagónico en la distribución de información contra Covid19 a través del perfil del Ministerio de Salud y sus perfiles públicos.A pesquisa aplicada é um método ou um conjunto de etapas processuais para desenvolvimento de produtos ou sistemas inovadores. Neste estudo pretendemos apresentar o as Técnicas de Análises de Redes Sociais como um produto que se materializa em várias técnicas de investigação de Redes. Tem o objetivo de investigar o potencial das Técnicas de Análises de Redes Sociais como um método de Pesquisa Aplicada que pode elucidar as ações individuais e coletivas em rede. Como estudo de caso vamos examinar como o Ministério da Saúde do Canadá se comunicou através do Twitter no combate a Pandemia.
