Análise morfológica dos processos patológicos gerais na cordas vocais falsas.Cordas vocais falsasAutópsiaFolículo LinfóideFalse cocal cordsAutopsyCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::MEDICINA::ANATOMIA PATOLOGICA E PATOLOGIA CLINICAIntrodução: Apesar de sua importância como sede de processos patológicos durante a vida, estudos macroscópicos ou microscópicos das CVF em material de autopsia são raros. Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo foi de analisar sistematicamente as CVF de adultos autopsiados segundo critérios morfométricos e imunohistoquímicos e relacionar com as causas de óbito. Materiais e métodos: Foram colhidas 249 CVF de adultos autopsiados. Os fragmentos foram processados para a realização de técnicas histoquímicas e imunohistoquímicas. Resultados: Foram encontradas nas CVF dos pacientes folículos linfóides em (42%) e reação inflamatória em (41%). Nos casos onde não foram identificados folículos linfóides nas CVF os pacientes eram mais velhos (p=0,015). Existe uma relação entre os achados morfológicos nas cordas vocais falsas e as lesões das CVV (p<0,001). Existe relação entre as lesões das CVV e os achados morfológicos nas CVF dos pacientes com inflamações pulmonares (p=0,023). Na análise imunohistoquímica foi identificado um aumento do número de linfócitos T e linfócitos B nos folículos linfóides dos pacientes com inflamação pulmonar (p<0,001). Conclusão: O estudo revelou que as células inflamatórias, seja nos FL ou formando agregados celulares são comuns nas CVF, diminuem com a idade e fazem parte do processo inflamatório localizado no trato respiratório. O encontro de FL com centros germinativos compostos principalmente de linfócitos T e zona de periferia de linfócitos B, sugerem a possível participação das CVF na proteção da laringe e pulmão estando imunohistoquimicamente e morfologicamente classificados como LALT.Introduction: Despite of his importance as headquarters of pathological trials during the life, macroscopic or microscopic studies of the CVF in stuff of autopsia are rarely. Results: were found in the CVF of the sick one lymphoyd follicles in (42%) and inflammatory reaction in (41%). In the cases where were not identified lymphoyd follicles in the CVF the patients were older (p=0,015). Exists a relation between the morphologic finds in the false vocal cords and the wounds of the CVV (p<0,001). Relation exists between the wounds of the CVV and the morphologic finds in the CVF of the patients with lungs inflammations (p=0,023). In the imonnohistochemistry analysis was identified an increase of the number of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in the lymphoyd follicles of the patients with lungs inflammations (p<0,001). Conclusion: The study revealed that the inflammatory cells, be us FL or forming cellular lodgers are common in the CVF, diminish with the age and are part of the inflammatory trial located in the respiratory deal.
