Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde: Relato de Experiência sobre a inserção de Residentes de Psicologia no Contexto Hospitalar

This article is a report on the experience lived in the Multiprofessional Residency in Health program. It is intended, from the present study to describe and discuss the experiences and experiences in the hospital setting, with a focus on the perception of residents in relation to the insertion in the multiprofessional team and the representation of the psychologist's work for the other healthcare professionals. To this end, we held a brief presentation on the entry of psychology in the hospital and the emergence of the Multiprofessional Residency Program, presenting a brief contextualization of the field of action and the representation of the work and performance of the psychology professional in the face of hospital demands . From the report on the experience and reflection on the described daily life, we conclude that although the insertion of the hospital psychologist is still full of challenges, openness to dialogue and teamwork is one of the tools available to promote debates within the health field and enhance new ways of working.
