Resumo: Within the context of psychotherapy, it is very valid to emphasize the importance of the therapeutic alliance, considering that the development of the link between analyst and analyst can provide effective changes in therapy. The objective of this research is to show, through a bibliographical reference, how the bond manifests itself in psychotherapy in order to contribute to the changes and acquisition of analyzed insight, in this way, making psychotherapy an effective process. In addition, show how the effectiveness of the alliance between analyst and analyst interferes with the progress of this relationship and how this can contribute to the success or failure of therapy. We sought to explain the different types of link established during the therapeutic process, as well as to analyze the changes made through the therapeutic alliance in psychoanalytic based consultations, in order to address how a well-structured link can affect the therapy. Finally, we seek to clarify the link changes and how this structured is for Pichon-Rivière.

El objetivo de esta investigación es mostrar, a través de un referencial bibliográfico, cómo el vínculo se manifiesta en la psicoterapia de forma a contribuir con los cambios y la adquisición de la visión del analizando, de esta forma, haciendo de la psicoterapia un proceso efectivo. Además, mostrar cómo la efectividad de la alianza entre analista y analizando interfiere en el avance de esta relación y cómo esto puede contribuir al éxito o fracaso de la terapia. Buscamos explicar sobre los diversos tipos de vínculo establecidos durante el proceso terapéutico, así como analizar las alteraciones hechas a través de la alianza terapéutica en atendimientos con base psicoanalítica, para así versar sobre cómo un vínculo bien estructurado puede hacer efectiva la terapia. Por fin, buscamos traer aclaraciones acerca de las alteraciones del vínculo y cómo éste está estructurado para Pichon-Rivière.Dentro do contexto de psicoterapia é muito válido salientar sobre a importância da aliança terapêutica, tendo em vista que o desenvolvimento do vínculo entre analisando e analista pode propiciar mudanças efetivas na terapia. O objetivo desta pesquisa é mostrar, através de um referencial bibliográfico, como o vínculo se manifesta na psicoterapia de forma a contribuir com as mudanças e aquisição de insight do analisando, desta forma, tornando a psicoterapia um processo efetivo. Além disso, mostrar como a efetivação da aliança entre analista e analisando interfere no avanço desta relação e como isto pode contribuir para o sucesso ou fracasso da terapia. Buscamos explanar sobre os diversos tipos de vínculo estabelecidos durante o processo terapêutico, bem como analisar as alterações feitas através da aliança terapêutica em atendimentos com base psicanalítica, para assim versar sobre como um vínculo bem estruturado pode efetivar a terapia.
