Resumo: In 2011, the survey Born in Brazil, conducted by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, was pointed out by cesarean wardens in the country, showing that 52% of deliveries are made via cesarean section. According to the World Health Organization, the report should not exceed 15%, since the surgery poses risks for the mother and the baby. Initiated, then by the government, in small initiatives for tax inspection. From this scenario, we propose to analyze how social networks have contributed to modify the mentality around the normal birth, through the discourse in favor of life, well-being and productivity. Used as a theorist of the concepts of control society and biopolitics, present in the work of Foucault, discussed by Hardt and Negri. Created as corpus posts of one of the main pages of support for natural childbirth, "The rebirth of childbirth." The results point to a page on access to scientific discourse and data dissemination of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM), an end to discursivize the benefits of normal birth in favor of the life of the mother and the baby, making a counterpoint to the cesarean section. The communication in the social network and the problematization of a way of thinking the parturient, providing a positive image of life, health, well-being and maintenance of a good sexuality.

The communication in the social network and the problematization of a way of thinking the parturient, providing a positive image of life, health, well-being and maintenance of a good sexuality.
