Resumo: | The purpose of this article is to analyze, through the dialogical theory, three cartoons that materialize, in the verb-visuality, reactions to the ques-tioning of what is art in Brazil. Three cartoons were selected that had as their theme the event in the Museum of Modern Art (São Paulo) in September 2017, analyzed in a descriptive and interpretative way, with the theoretical support of the dialogical theory of the Bakhtinian Circle. The analysis showed the dialogical and ideological relations, which are semantic relations established between the images and the verbal re-sources in the texts, besides making possi-ble relations between the three cartoons. |
