The simple is the extraordinary: possibilities and ways of approaching subjects and actors directly involved in the school educational processes of children and adolescents from public schools in the state and municipal elementary schools

This text consists of proposals for workshops and pedagogical activities, prepared as a practical resource for a dissertation of the Professional Master's in Education and Teaching. The objective is to present ways and possibilities of approximation between subjects and actors directly involved in the school educational processes of children and adolescents, as well as providing daily school actions that contribute to the improvement of learning, indiscipline behavior and share the results of our research with schools and institutions that serve children and adolescents. For that, we prepared a notebook with 4 workshops that were held, sometimes during the master's research and now, in the classroom where we worked. These can serve as a support material for pedagogical activities. Through the workshops, students from the state and municipal elementary school began to have more respectful, cooperative and mutual help relationships. Indiscipline has decreased, infrequency has dropped considerably, they are more committed and motivated to do the activities, this is reflected in the results of the activities. We think that these pedagogical practices have significantly affected the school trajectory of these students, since we also continue to accompany them after our research.
