Resumo: | This is an experience report by one of the classes of the first edition of EDPOPSUS, training offered by Joaquim Venâncio Polytechnic School of Health, Fundação Osvaldo Cruz / Fiocruz and Secretariat of Strategic and Participatory Management / Ministry of Health in the period of May to September of 2017, in Belém, State of Pará, Brazil. The objective was to present the experience of the class during the formative process, its practices, experiences and transformations from the course proposal. Field activities were developed with the Belém and Ananindeua Family Health Strategy affiliated communities, on a larger scale, but also with participation in the communities included in the Marajó Family Health Strategy. The work developed showed the richness and huge diversity of cultures and realities of our State, through Popular Education in Health. Throughout the EDPOPSUS formation, changes in the conceptions and practices of the students and in the relations with the other workers were observed through the presentation of the fieldwork, in a systematic construction of knowledge, empowerment and critical reflections. |

O objetivo foi apresentar a experiência da turma durante o processo formativo, suas práticas, vivências e transformações a partir da proposta do curso. As atividades de campo foram desenvolvidas com as comunidades adstritas da Estratégia Saúde da Família de Belém e Ananindeua, em maior escala, mas também, com participações nas comunidades adstritas da Estratégia Saúde da Família do Marajó. O trabalho desenvolvido mostrou uma riqueza e uma enorme diversidade de culturas e realidades do nosso Estado, através da Educação Popular em Saúde. Ao longo da formação EDPOPSUS foram observadas mudanças nas concepções e práticas dos educandos e nas relações com os outros trabalhadores, por meio da apresentação dos trabalhos de campo, numa construção sistemática do conhecimento, de empoderamento e de reflexões críticas.
