Kant and education influence on politics and on the idea of a perpetual peace

Resumo: This article aims to reflect on education from the thinking of the German philosopher Immanuel Kant (1724-1804). The main purpose of this article is to present Kant’s thinking about education in its relation with the idea of perpetual peace. By doing so, we figure out the education proposed by Kant plays an important role on individuals’ moral constitution and there is soon an impact on social formation, contributing positively on the realization process of a cosmopolitan world order and consequent achievement of a perpetual peace.

O principal objetivo é apresentar o pensamento kantiano sobre a educação em sua relação com a ideia de paz perpétua.
