Family and socioeconomic influences: experiences of Young and Adult Education students

Resumo: The objective of the research is to investigate the socioeconomic and family influences in the life trajectories of Young and Adult Education (YAE) students, highlighting if/how these influences reflected in the school environment, development and learning for these students. The qualitative nature research was carried out through the recording of a semi-structured interview with four high school YAE students. The results indicate that students present “sequelae” from their previous experiences, and it is necessary to consider the different realities, specificities and cultural relations of these students, in order to value their trajectories and to associate them with the teaching and learning process.

A pesquisa de natureza qualitativa foi realizada por meio da gravação de entrevista semiestruturada com quatro alunos da EJA de Ensino Médio.
