This article aims to analyze the daily care practices of women in the Warm Waters settlement, in the municipality of Sobral, Ceará. This is qualitative research, using case study as a methodology. The research took place from 2017 to 2018, with data collection carried out from July to December 2017, through an observation script and semi-structured interview with a group of 20 settled women. The practices narrated by the women denote new ways of thinking about care associated with the subjects' life experiences, the creations and recreations of actions based on everyday life, where practices centered on the hegemonic model are not able to meet their real vocalizations, when thinks about the complexity of human subjectivity. Therefore, it is urgent to pay attention to the conditions of women who live in the countryside, with a focus on unique educational and care practices, considering existing knowledge and practices in manifestations of care.
