The educational doing of the institutional supporter: learnings and reflections based on an experience

Resumo: | This manuscript seeks to highlight learnings and reflections woven as a result of the experience of tutoring in the course “Improvement for workers in the management of the Unified Health System”, an initiative promoted by the School of Public Health of Paraíba. In methodological terms, this is a descriptive work, inscribed in the experience report modality, which has as its object the performance of an institutional supporter who played the role of facilitator of educational processes. In this sense, it proceeds with the outlining of how the organization and operation of the referred course took place. Next, a brief outline of how the meetings and discussions took place is outlined. Soon after, it deals with the explanation of some lessons learned and makes reflections on educational activities as an articulating and dynamic perspective of the technical and political dimensions of the institutional supporter's work. In conclusion, it is emphasized that in order to develop and improve the pedagogical dimension of support, it is essential to allow and experience the teaching practice, since it is only possible to build pedagogical knowledge through action and reflection on action, that is, the exercise of educational praxis. |

Em termos metodológicos, trata-se de um trabalho do tipo descritivo, inscrito na modalidade relato de experiência, o qual tem como objeto a atuação de um apoiador institucional que desempenhou o papel de facilitador de processos educativos. Nesse sentido, procede-se com o delineamento de como se deu a organização e a operacionalização do referido curso. Em seguida, traça-se um breve esboço de como ocorreram as oficinas e das discussões realizadas. Logo depois, debruça-se sobre a explicitação de alguns aprendizados decorrentes da experiência e confeccionam-se reflexões acerca do fazer educativo como perspectiva articuladora e dinamizadora das dimensões técnica e política do trabalho do apoiador institucional.
