Theoretical-methodoçogical assumptions of Paulo Freire’s pedagogical model for training in health: residence scenes as an inventive policy

Resumo: The objective of this work was to report the experience in Permanent Education based on the theoretical-methodological assumptions of Paulo Freire's pedagogical model for health training. This is a step-by-step workshop to welcome the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, queer, intersex, asexual, pansexual, non-binary and other populations that covers the plurality of sexual orientations and gender variations that was conducted in all Family Health Centers in the headquarters of the Municipality of Sobral and surroundings. The workshops were facilitated with their methodology, based on Paulo Freire's methodological framework, the Culture Circle, as a framework for conducting these Permanent Education spaces in Primary Health Care. Therefore, it is considered that the analysis of processes should encourage training, and teaching-learning, in pedagogical and evaluation practices, with the inclusion of ways of teaching and evaluating that allow the plurality of the profiles of students/trainees and the multiplicity of technical-professional contributions to be covered, to understand the competence of teaching knowledge, and the exercise of political competence in training.

Trata-se de um passo a passo de uma oficina de acolhimento à população lésbica, gay, bissexual, transexual, queer, intersexo, assexual, pansexual, não-binário, entre outros, que abrange a pluralidade de orientações sexuais e variações de gênero, conduzida em todos os Centros de Saúde da Família da sede do município de Sobral e arredores. As oficinas foram intermediadas por uma metodologia própria, do referencial metodológico de Paulo Freire, o Círculo de Cultura, como fundamento de condução desses espaços de Educação Permanente na Atenção Primária à Saúde.
