Resumo: | The article draws attention to the graphic humor produced by women cartoonists in Brazil, focusing on the production of cartoonist Fabiane Langona, who signs as Chiquinha. The aim is to discuss how her work entails new nuances that suspend categories and standards considered stable and permanent, thus reinvigorating the contemporary debate developed by feminist groups. This approach aims to explore the critical and subversive potential of feminist-focused graphic humor, marking the commitment to express a critique and problematization of the normative standards imposed on women, while highlighting the plural and complex networks of power and their different forms of manifestation. |
