O ponto de partida é relacionar o desdobramento da Wissenschaftslehre em suas ciências reais ao problema da dedução da consciência efetiva. Em seguida, discuto o programa da Fundamentação do Direito Natural, enfatizando o papel da interação (1). Em segundo lugar, considero a articulação promovida por Fichte, em seu Direito Natural, entre teoria e prática (2). Assim, depois de discutir o problema da atuação prática sobre o mundo (3), detenho-me sobre as reflexões, propostas por Fichte nas Preleções de 1794 (4) e no Direito Natural, acerca da intersubjetividade, procurando sublinhar o elemento em seu esforço ainda decisivo para a filosofia social (5).Palavras-chave: J.G. Direito Natural."Individuality is a reciprocal and communal concept": Fichte and the principles of a social philosophy in accordance with the doctrine of scienceAbstract: The paper aims at considering Fichte's idea that individuality is a reciprocal and communal concept. To begin with, I attempt to connect the unfolding of the real sciences according to the principles of the Wissenschaftslehre to the deduction of empirical consciousness. Then I consider the main tasks of Fichte´s Natural Right in order to point out the role played in it by human interaction (1). Secondly, the aim is to specify how Fichte intends to connect the practical and the theoretical uses of reason (2). Then, after considering the relation of practical consciousness and the world, I argue that Fichte´s discussion of intersubjectivity in the 1794 lectures on the Vocation of the Scholar (4) and in the Natural Right entails interesting features for social philosophy (5).Keywords: J. Natural Right."Individualità è un concetto reciproco e collettivo": Fichte e le direttrici di una filosofia sociale secondo la dottrina della scienzaSommario: Obiettivo dell'articolo è prendere in esame la tesi proposta da Fichte rispetto all'individualità, un concetto reciproco e collettivo. Per prima cosa, cercherò di mettere in relazione l'articolazione del campo delle scienze reali, secondo i principi della dottrina della scienza, con la deduzione della coscienza empirica. Prenderò quindi in esame gli obiettivi principali dei Fondamenti del diritto naturale (1796), concentrandomi soprattutto sul ruolo dell'interazione umana (1). Successivamente, mi soffermo ad analizzare come Fichte articola la connessione tra uso teoretico e uso pratico della ragione. (2). Dopo aver discusso il problema della relazione tra coscienza pratica e mondo (3), mostrerò come la nozione di intersoggettività, sviluppata da Fichte nelle Lezioni sulla missione del dotto del 1794 (4) e nel Diritto Naturale, presenta caratteristiche rilevanti per la filosofia sociale (5).Parole chiave: J.
