Resumo: A entrevista com Luiz Pazzini traz os seus entendimentos sobre os aspectos históricos do teatro maranhense, situando questões éticas, políticas e estéticas que marcam o cenário estético do Maranhão, desde o teatro moderno até as investigações contemporâneas no estado e suas relações com a formação de novos artistas, de novos grupos e a importância deste movimento para a organização da cena teatral do estado.
