External evaluation from the perspective of elementary school teachers in a county school in the in land of São Paulo State

Resumo: This qualitative research is presented to understand the external evaluation from the perspective of teachers from the 1st to the 5th grade of an elementary school and its influence on the pedagogical work into a county school on the inland of São Paulo State. Documents, legislation and semi-structured interviews were used. Municipal network data provided by INEP (2009 to 2017) were assessed. And by it, influences of external evaluation procedures on the pedagogical practice were identified and configured on the following categories: vertical accountability; simulations and training with children for schools and teachers look for better results; and the narrowing of the curriculum to meet what is evaluated (and measured) in external assessment.

L'étude documentaire, la législation et les entretiens semi-structurés ont été utilisés. Les données du réseau municipal fournies par l'INEP (2009 à 2017) ont été recherchées. Les influences de la politique d'évaluation externe sur la pratique pédagogique ont été identifiées, configurées dans lês catégories: responsabilité verticale ; rechercher de meilleurs résultats de l'école et des enseignants grâce ades simulations et à La formation des enfants ; et le rétrécissement du curriculum pour répondre à ce qui est évalué (mesuré) dans lês évaluations externes.Apresenta-se um recorte de pesquisa qualitativa em que se buscou compreender a avaliação externa na perspectiva de docentes do 1º ao 5º ano e sua influência no trabalho pedagógico em uma escola municipal paulista. Recorreu-se ao estudo documental, à legislação e à entrevista semiestruturada. Pesquisou-se os dados da rede municipal disponibilizados pelo Inep (2009 a 2017).
