Summary: | The work presents the systematization of a study about external evaluation in the initial grades and its indicators of quality or regulation of teaching work. The problem that motivated this study is based on the following question: How did the National Literacy Assessment come to regulate the work of the literacy teacher? The study was carried out through the analysis of and documents, the application of a questionnaire and an interview. It is concluded that with the results of the external evaluation, one can put in doubt the result of the teaching commitment inside the school depending on the result, with the possibility of embarrassment, comparisons and manipulation of the financing policy. |

Le problème qui a motivé cette étude est basé sur la question suivante: Comment l’Evaluation Nationale de l’Alphabétisation a-t-elle permis de réglementer le travail du professeur d'alphabétisation? L’étude a été réalisée à travers l'analyse et les documents, l’application d’un questionnaire et un entretien. On en conclut qu'avec les résultats de l’évaluation externe, on peut mettre en doute le résultat de l'engagement pédagogique au sein de l'école en fonction du résultat, avec possibilité d'embarras, de comparaisons et de manipulation de la politique de financement.O trabalho apresenta a sistematização de um estudo acerca da avaliação externa nas séries iniciais e seus indicadores de qualidade ou de regulação do trabalho docente. O problema que motivou este estudo se assenta no seguinte questionamento: Como a Avaliação Nacional da Alfabetização (ANA) passou a regular o trabalho do professor alfabetizador? O estudo foi realizado, por meio da análise de documentos, de aplicação de questionário e de entrevista.
