Resumo: | The text adresses the experience of the teacher of the National Pact for Literacy in the Right Age directed to the teachers of Early Childhood Education. Our reflections are guided by the specificities observed during the formations of this program, but they are articulated with the challenges imposed in the general scope of teacher education policies, in particular those that are characterized within the municipalities, in which context the actions undertaken by these policies acquire materiality and require improvement. We reiterate the need to promote systematic practices of teacher training, indicating them as a means to achieve the aims of the school, regardless of their level, which is to assure individuals the maximum possibilities of development. Nos réflexions sont guidées par les spécificités observées lors des formations de ce programme, mais elles s'articulent avec les défis imposés dans le cadre général des politiques de formation des enseignants, en particulier celles caractérisées au sein des municipalités, dans quel contexte les actions entreprises par ces politiques acquièrent de la matérialité et nécessitent des améliorations. Nous réaffirmons la nécessité de promouvoir des pratiques systématiques de formation des enseignants, en les indiquant comme un moyen d'atteindre les objectifs de l'école, quel que soit son niveau, à savoir assurer aux individus les meilleures possibilités de développement. Nossas reflexões dirigem-se pelas especificidades do observado durante as formações deste programa, mas articulam-se com os desafios impostos no âmbito geral das políticas de formação docente, em particular apontando aqueles que se caracterizam no interior dos municípios, contexto em que as ações empreendidas por essas políticas adquirem materialidade e exigem aperfeiçoamento. Reiteramos a necessidade de promover práticas sistemáticas de formação dos professores, indicando-as como meio para atingir os fins da escola, independentemente de seu nível, que é assegurar aos indivíduos suas máximas possibilidades de desenvolvimento.
