Critical analysis of the child protection public policy: the paths that lead to child labor

Resumo: This article aims to discuss child labor in Brazil and the public policies that work against this violation of rights. In this way, the concepts that contemplate the configurations of such theme will be presented, seeking to explain the consequences and implications of this social challenge. For the elaboration of this article, a bibliographic review and analysis of materials were carried out, which helped to achieve the proposed objectives. In short, it was found that public policies are necessary to minimize the impacts related to child labor, given the existence of global goals, by the year 2030, of eliminating all manifestations of rights violations.

De esta forma, serán presentados los conceptos que contemplan las configuraciones de tal temática, buscando explicar las consecuencias e implicaciones de este desafío social. Para la elaboración de este artículo, se realizó revisión bibliográfica y análisis de materiales que auxiliaron en la consecución de los objetivos propuestos. En resumen, se ha constatado que las políticas públicas son necesarias para que se minimicen los impactos referentes al trabajo infantil, teniendo en cuenta la existencia de metas mundiales, hasta el año 2030, de eliminación de todas las manifestaciones de violaciones de derechos.O presente artigo tem por objetivo discorrer acerca do trabalho infantil no Brasil e sobre as políticas públicas que atuam contra esta violação de direito. Desta forma, serão apresentados os conceitos que contemplam as configurações de tal temática, buscando explanar sobre as consequências e implicações deste desafio social. Para a elaboração deste artigo, realizou-se revisão bibliográfica e análise de materiais que auxiliaram na concretização dos objetivos propostos.
